Diego Garcia is exclusively a military reservation, used mostly as a stationary aircraft carrier by the Navy and the Air Force. It is located on a small host country atoll in the Chagos Archipelago.

Diego Garcia is a narrow tropical jungle reef in the Indian Ocean, about 1,000 miles south of the southern India coast. A British territory mostly populated by the US military, the island is home to 1,700 military personnel (50 are British), and 1,500 civilian contractors.
First Support Services is an LLC partner with WS Akins and DS2 that provides:
Operations, maintenance, and management of facilities.
  Maintenance and operations of fuel
systems.
Engineering and construction.
  Crash and fire protection services.
Accommodations and related services.   Morale, welfare, and recreation services.
Billeting and housing management.   Air passenger and air cargo operations.
Aircraft GSE and ground support maintenance.   Storage of Air Force war reserve material.
Antenna maintenance.   Quality control.
Communications systems including computer and radar systems.   Logisitics, warehousing, shipping, and freight forwarding.
Port and harbor operations and management including ship overhauls, tugboat operation, and stevedore services.   Personnel support services (ships store, barber/beauticians, laundry, dry cleaner, tailor and literary).
Medical facilities.   Administrative functions.
Subcontractor management.   Photographic services.
Transportation and fleet services.   Hazardous waste collection and disposal.
Operation and maintenance of Naval Communications Technical Services including message center service, technical control facility, automated information system/LAN, tactical support communications and SATCOM.   Utilities systems and auxiliary systems including power plants, electric power production, and water and sewage systems.
Potable water.   Solid waste collection and disposal.
MILCON of electrical power distribution system.   Grounds/structures maintenance.
Food Services.
